Resumo

The magnetic structures of the columbite NiNb2O6 and of Fe2WO6 of tri-α-PbO2 structure were solved by means of neutron diffraction. NiNb2O6 consists of a collinear magnetic structure with a doubled b axis and the direction of the magnetic moments parallel to the a axis. The magnetic space group is Pb21/c. Fe2WO6 consists of a complicated canted structure with moments forming an angle of 23.5° with the c axis. The z component orders according to + + + + - - - -, the x component orders according to + + - - - - + +. The magnetic space group is Pn'c2'.
