Este ensaio propoe-se a mostrar como ja em “Com licenca poetica”, poema inaugural de Bagagem, seu primeiro livro, Adelia Prado revela a consciencia de estar instaurando uma poetica particular no territorio da poesia brasileira. Uma das marcas definidoras dessa especificidade situa-se no processo de construcao do sujeito lirico, desdobrado em duas personae principais: a figura da mulher simples, do povo, mae de familia, e a figura do poeta, do escritor. Palavras-chave: poetica; poesia brasileira; Drummond; sujeito lirico The aim of this essay is to point out that since “Com licenca poetica”, the opening poem of “Bagagem”, her first book, Adelia Prado has revealed her awareness of having inaugurated a particular kind of poetics within the realm of Brazilian poetry. One of the defining marks of this specificity lies in the process of constructing the lyrical subject, which unfolds into two main “personae”, the figure of the ordinary woman, the housewife and mother, and the figure of the poet, of the author.
