ResumoSix newly discovered prehistoric sites in Bulgaria have been studied archaeomagnetically in a joint work between the Geophysical Institutes in Sofia and Kiev. Two sites (Samovodene and Podgoritza) belong to the neolithic age, Slatino and Omurtag belong to the aeneolithic period, and the last two (Yunatzite and Plovdiv‐Nebet tepe) are from the bronze and iron ages.
