ResumoProtein patterning: A protein, selectively labeled with an azide tag, was reacted with alkyne-functionalized DNA. These protein–DNA conjugates were used to create a DNA-assembled protein nanostructure. This method should facilitate the preparation of a range of protein–DNA hybrid structures with useful structural and functional features.
