Am J Cardiol. 2008; 101: 1522 Abstract Full Text Full Text PDF PubMed Scopus (3) Google Scholar wrote as 3 of the 9 members of the Steering Committee of the partially completed Dutch Randomized Trial on Off-Site Primary PCI, which was a separate study from the study we published, although some of the data overlapped. This Dutch trial was ended prematurely by the cardiac surgery center in November 2003. The full Steering Committee of this trial has never met and did not intervene when the cardiac surgery center terminated its participation.
