Vier Synthesewege für das 2,6-disubstituierte 1-Amino-4-pyridon 16 aus 9,12-Heneicosadiin-11-on (10) werden beschrieben. Die Titelverbindung 22 wird dargestellt durch Cyclisierung von 2,6-Di-(12-tridecinyl)-4-pyridon (19c), katalytische Hydrierung der Dreifachbindungen und N-Aminie-rung mit Chloramin/Natriumhydrid in Dimethylformamid. Als Nebenprodukte bilden sich bei diesem Verfahren O-Amino-4-pyridone (17, 23). 1-Amino-2,6-hexacosamethylen-4-pyridon, a Potential Starting Compound for the Synthesis of a Catenane Four synthetic pathways to the 2,6-disubstituted 1-amino-4-pyridone 16 from 9,12-heneicosa-diyne-11-one (10) are described. The synthesis of the title compound 22 is performed by cyclisation of 2,6-di(12-tridecynyl)-4-pyridone (19c), followed by catalytic hydrogenation of the triple bonds and N-amination with chloroamine/sodium hydride in DMF. O-Amino-4-pyridones (17, 23) are formed as by-products during this procedure.
