Learn more.Copy URL Share a linkShare onEmailFacebookTwitterLinkedInRedditWechat Graphical Abstract Caught in a trap and on camera: A nanopipette is used for electrodeless dielectrophoresis and clear evidence is shown, by using wide-field fluorescence imaging (see image), for the reversible trapping of Alexa-488-labeled proteins (protein G and immunoglobulin G) and also of the fluorophore alone. The dielectrophoretic concentration is enhanced by at least a factor of 300 for these fluorophore-labeled proteins.
