Education during COVID-19 pandemic

Resumo

The assemblage of an electromagnetic crane that works based onan electromagnet is a simple and inexpensive way to introduce theconcept of a magnetic field generated by an electrical current in aconductive coil. Elementary students will be able to build onewithout greater difficulties and, by doing so, will add the knowledge of an Electromagnetism topic to the traditionallystudied Science content. This article presents such assemblage andsuggests its use as an alternative didactic resource.
