To evaluate whether changes in magnetic resonance (MR) imaging heterogeneity may aid assessment for pathologic complete response (pCR) to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in primary breast cancer and to compare pCR with standard Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors response.
