Zusammenfassung Die 4 Handelspräparate Pimafucort® Salbe, Pimafucort® Lotio, Pimafucin® Creme, Myxal® Salbe und die Farbstoff e Malachitgrün, Brillantgrün, Gentianaviolett, deren antimikrobielles Spektrum in vitro bestimmt worden ist, entfalten an der kutanen Candidamykose des Kaninchens eine beachtenswerte antimykotische und teilweise auch antibakterielle therapeutische Wirkung. Die dermale Candidosis des Kaninchens hat sich dabei als ein experimentelles Kriterium für die Auswahl sproßpilzwirksamer Präparate bewährt. In den Hautverträglichkeitsversuchen am Meerschweinchen erweisen sich die Handelspräparate den Farbstofflösungen als überlegen. Summary Four proprietary preparations Pimafucort® ointment, Pimafucort® lotion, Pimafucin® cream, Myxal® ointment and the dyes malachite green, brillant green, gentian violet, which have proved antimicrobial in vitro, show a considerable antimycotic effect against the cutaneous candidosis of the rabbit and influence also the bacteria on its skin. This experimental candida infection appears particularly suited for the critical judgment of the topical effectivness of preparations against yeasts. The skin of the guinea pig show a much greater tolerance for the above mentioned four preparations than for the dyes.
