Resumo

In the frames of a lattice model the general regularities of the ordering binary crystal growth is considered. Discussion concerns the applicability of models with one lattice and two sublattices used to describe the growth of an ionic-type crystal from the solution. The growth kinetics of crystals of GaAs-type from the melt is studied by means of a sublattice model. The {111}-face polarity effect is shown. [Russian Text Ignored].
