O fantasma da proliferacao nuclear voltou a ameacar a paz e a seguranca internacionais no Pos-Guerra Fria. O artigo aborda o porque deste retorno e busca tracar respostas da comunidade internacional a esta velha “nova ameaca”. Abstract. The phantom of nuclear proliferation came back to threaten international peace and security since the end of the Cold War. The article tackles with the reasons for such a development and looks for the reaction of the international community in face of this old “new threat”.
