Learn more.Copy URL Graphical Abstract By varying the hydrophilic block lengths in polystyrene diblock copolymers containing both polystyrene-b-poly(acrylic acid) (PS-b-PAA) and polystyrene-b-poly(4-vinylpyridine) (PS-b-P(4-VP)), vesicles can be prepared (see transmission electron micrograph) in which the PAA and P(4-VP) chains can be preferentially segregated on the inside and outside of the vesicles.
