ResumoWe show a case of long-term mechanical durability (Fig. 1) of a Magovern-Cromie aortic prosthesis, the first ever to be characterized by an innovative design and by a sutureless technique of implantation (Fig. 2), which, however, did not gain the popularity it deserved due to the concern regarding risks of thromboembolism event and leakage.
