ResumoThe nasolabial cyst (NC) is an uncommon lesion that occurs in the soft tissues of the midface.1 This cyst was initially described in 1882 by Zuckerkandl,2 and it probably arises from embryologic remnants of the nasolacrimal duct.3-5 This lesion is predominant in women, in black patients, and usually does not manifest until adulthood.1,6,7 NC is frequently unilateral but may be bilateral.7
