ResumoPeduncular hallucinations are associated with intrinsic lesions of the midbrain. We report transient peduncular hallucinations due to extrinsic compression of the midbrain by a cystic craniopharyngioma. The peduncular hallucinations resolved promptly after drainage of the cyst.
