ResumoTwo patients with Parkinson's disease received treatment with ropinirole and/or pramipexole, during which both experienced sleep attacks. These attacks may be a class effect of non‐ergot dopamine agonists. Health care professionals should be aware of the potential of these agents to cause sleep attacks and caution patients about this potentially life‐threatening adverse effect.
