This text, a translation from Coptic, has previously been known from its Ethiopic version published in tome 20 of the series (1909) by Goodspeed and Crum. It is here presented in unidiomatic English, comprehensible despite grammatical and syntactical errors which ought to have been expunged by some subeditor. Of interest to students of hagiography the text is historically valueless.
