The following abbreviations are used: NWM — new world monkeys, OWM — old world monkeys, M — monkey, E — experimenter, WGTA — Wisconsin General Test Apparatus, DR — delayed response, DLS — discrimination learning set, RLS — reversal learning set. Except where explicitly stated, the author(s) of the papers cited reported the following species and genera: spider M, Ateles geoffroyi; cebus M, Cebus capucina; squirrel M, Saimiri sciurens; marmoset, Callithrix jacchus; and rhesus M, Macaca mulatta.
