ResumoPOSTERSDay 15, M4 and M12, respectively. Moreover, the proportion of patients with anti-HBsAb >1,000 IU/L significantly decreased between Day 0 and M4 (p = 0.045), and Day 0 and M12 (p = 0.0087).Conclusions: Our data show that anti-HBsAb titers decrease during the whole year following renal transplantation as early as at Day 15.Among graft recipients with anti-HBsAb >100 UI/L at time of renal transplantation, >50% should be treated with VI and/or anti-HBs-gamma-globulines with the goal to maintain this anti-HBsAb titer.
