ResumoMolecular glue: A polyamide–biotin conjugate is capable of binding to specific sequences in a DNA nanostructure. These conjugates recruit streptavidin (SA) to a two-dimensional array of DNA (see schematic representation) and do not require any prior modification of the DNA.
