Editorial 18(2)Around the maxim "publish or perish", the editor of RIED a critique related to the excessive value placed on scientific publishing in journals of impact. Inquiry where is the impact ?, Is there a social impact in the scientific literature? Then addresses the problem of the qualification of the peer reviewers of scientific journals. Also serious mistakes sometimes these arbitrators.
