ResumoThis study shows the process of participatory construction of a regulation in which families are involved through a seminar of action-research. The purpose is to improve the social climate in school sport competitions. The research is developed in three schools belonging to the Federation of Ikastola from Bizkaia, R.M. Azkue of Lekeitio, Betiko of Leioa and Seber Altube of Gernika. To display every action, we approach this context through the coordinator, who is helped at the same time by the Group of Centre (where all the people of the community are represented),. The views expressed in seminaries guide us through the process of reflection that has generated the construction of a regulation both common and of its own. Our research, through the participants, allows us to know the reality of each educative center, and gives us an idea of the difficulties found along the process, highlighting its complexity and the vast wealth of the implementation.
