ResumoIn Tucows.Com Co. v. Lojas Renner S.A., 2011 ONCA 548, the Ontario Court of Appeal ruled that domain names constitute ‘personal property’ in Ontario, which therefore creates a real and substantial connection with the Province, allowing it to assume jurisdiction.
