Ribautia jakulicai sp. n. (Chilopoda: Geophilomorpha: Geophilidae) is here described and illustrated from specimens collected in northwestern Argentina (Salta: Orán: ca. 25 km northwest of Aguas Blancas), in the Biogeographical Province of the Yungas. The new species is characterized by having the coxal organs grouped in clusters (one of these in each coxopleuron of the last leg‐bearing segment), this character being shared by three other Neotropical species of the genus, i.e. R. combinata Pereira, Uliana & Minelli, 2006 Pereira, L. This is the first record of the genus Ribautia from the Argentine Yungas and also the first confirmed record of the taxon for this country. Resumen Ribautia jakulicai sp. n. (Chilopoda: Geophilomorpha: Geophilidae) es aquí descripta e ilustrada en base a especímenes colectados en el noroeste de Argentina (Salta: Orán: alrededor de 25 Km al noroeste de Aguas Blancas), en la Provincia Biogeográfica de las Yungas. Esta nueva especie se caracteriza por tener los órganos coxales agrupados en forma de racimo (uno de éstos en cada coxopleura del último segmento pedal), carácter que es compartido por R. combinata Pereira, Uliana & Minelli, 2006 Pereira, L.
