ResumoThe supramalleolar osteotomy is a commonly used surgical procedure to correct congenital or acquired deformities of the distal tibia, ankle, or foot. In children, osteotomy has been used to correct malunion of fractures, physeal growth arrest, tibial torsion, paralytic deformities, and sequelae of a clubfoot.
