Learn more.Copy URL Graphical Abstract Titanium oxide and silicon oxide nanoparticles (TiO2 and SiO2 NPs) are selectively self-assembled on the sidewalls of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) grown on a p-type Si substrate by using a simple UV irradiation in an aqueous media.
