ResumoAbstract Using a coaxial cylinder apparatus, the thermal conductivity coefficient of ammonia was measured up to 80 MPa along nine quasi‐isotherms in the supercritical regime and one quasi isotherm below the critical temperature. The thermal conductivity in the critical region was carefully investigated. The results are compared to previous data. A semi empirical equation is proposed to correlate the data in the supercritical regime.
