ResumoA case of a nasopalatine duct cyst is reported in an 8-year-old. The clinical presentation was of intermittent palatal swelling and the diagnosis was confirmed with radiological and histological examination. This type of cyst is rare in children and should not be excluded from a differential diagnosis in younger age groups.
