Resumo

A pulsed EPR method based on a hole-burning experiment is described which allows the sensitive measurement of forbidden EPR transitions in single crystals, powders and frozen solutions. With this approach the field positions of the forbidden transitions are labelled by strong peaks in a two-dimensional spectrum, well separated from the allowed transitions. The basic principles of the technique, model calculations and first experimental results are presented.
