ResumoA procedure that ensures exact reduction and internal fixation of Bennett's fracture is presented. In cases with a large tubercular fragment, the internal fixation is performed with a lag-screw technique. If the fragment is small, a Kirschner wire is used as an implant. A special set of instruments that keeps the reduced fragment in position and guides the implant during the internal fixation process is also described.
