Learn more.Copy URL Graphical Abstract The “electron-reservoir” properties of ⊖SC(S)NMe2 are demonstrated by the facile interconversion of the 17-electron complexes 1⊕ and the 18-electron complexes 1(L = CO, MeCN, Me2CO, CH2Cl2) as well as by the reaction of complex 1⊕, L = CO, with NaSC(S)NMe2·2H2O to give the symmetrical complex 1, L = SC(S)NMe2, with reduction of water.
