The three- and four-photon absorption (3PA and 4PA, see figure) cross-section spectra were determined from 1200 to 1900 nm. The observation of 3PA- and 4PA-excited emission of MEH-PPV opens up new opportunities for applications, such as up-conversion fluorescence devices.
