The purpose of this paper is to conduct a brief review of the personal and professional life of this journalist from Sabadell which played a role in all those newspapers where he was a participant and that the passage of time has done that has been almost forgotten. Regarding his side stands his journalistic responsibility as editor of La Veu de Catalunya , and especially the president of the Association of Journalists of Barcelona during the Republican period. But we should also mention their political participation in the Lliga Regionalista, indeed his political choice forced him to leave Catalonia to start the Civil War. An exile in Genoa, which did not return because he died there. To make the text we used some books, memoirs of journalists and especially the use of letters, partly unpublished, between himself and Joan Costa i Deu and various personalities church during the Civil War. La finalitat d’aquest escrit es fer un breu repas a la vida personal i professional d’aquest periodista sabadellenc que tingue un paper rellevant en tots aquells diaris en els quals fou particip i que el pas del temps ha fet que hagi quedat forca oblidat. Respecte al seu vessant periodistic, en sobresurt la seva responsabilitat com a redactor en cap de La Veu de Catalunya i, sobretot, la presidencia de l’Associacio de Periodistes de Barcelona durant el periode republica. Tambe cal destacar la seva participacio politica a la Lliga Regionalista; precisament la seva opcio politica l’obliga a marxar de Catalunya en iniciar-se la Guerra Civil. Un exili, a Genova, del qual no va torna ja que mori alla. Per poder realitzar el text hem utilitzat alguns llibres especialitzats, memories de periodistes i, sobretot, l’us de l’epistolari, en part inedit, entre el propi Joan Costa i Deu i diverses personalitats eclesiastiques durant el periode de la Guerra Civil.
