ResumoWe study the forward-backward and the $CP$-violating asymmetries (both time independent and time dependent) in rare semileptonic ${B}_{d}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\rho}}^{0}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, ${B}_{s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\phi}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, and radiative leptonic ${B}_{d,s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ decays and investigate the sensitivity of these asymmetries to the extensions of the standard model.
