ResumoDecays of the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(5\mathrm{S})$ resonance to channels with ${B}^{+}$ and ${B}^{0}$ mesons are studied using a $23.6\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ data sample collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider. Fully reconstructed ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{+}$, ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{*0}$, ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\overline{D}}^{0}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$, and ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ decays are used to obtain the charged and neutral $B$ production rates per $b\overline{b}$ event, $f({B}^{+})=({72.1}_{\ensuremath{-}3.8}^{+3.9}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}5.0)%$ and $f({B}^{0})=({77.0}_{\ensuremath{-}5.6}^{+5.8}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}6.1)%$. Assuming equal rates to ${B}^{+}$ and ${B}^{0}$ mesons in all channels produced at the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(5\mathrm{S})$ energy, we measure the fractions for transitions to two-body and three-body channels with $B$ meson pairs, $f(B\overline{B})=({5.5}_{\ensuremath{-}0.9}^{+1.0}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.4)%$, $f(B{\overline{B}}^{*}+{B}^{*}\overline{B})=(13.7\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1.3\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1.1)%$, $f({B}^{*}{\overline{B}}^{*})=({37.5}_{\ensuremath{-}1.9}^{+2.1}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}3.0)%$, $f(B\overline{B}\ensuremath{\pi})=(0.0\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1.2\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.3)%$, $f(B{\overline{B}}^{*}\ensuremath{\pi}+{B}^{*}\overline{B}\ensuremath{\pi})=({7.3}_{\ensuremath{-}2.1}^{+2.3}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.8)%$, and $f({B}^{*}{\overline{B}}^{*}\ensuremath{\pi})=({1.0}_{\ensuremath{-}1.3}^{+1.4}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.4)%$. The latter three fractions are obtained assuming isospin conservation.
