Resumo

Working in a range of creative roles, from art direction to special effects and make-up, Justin Dix has established an enviable list of film credits, including; Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones' (George Lucas, 2002), 'Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith' (Lucas, 2005), 'Charlotte's Web' (Gary Winick, 2006), 'Rogue' (Greg McLean, 2007) and, more recently, 'The Loved Ones' (Sean Byrne, 2009). His world is filled with rusting robots, mutilated corpses and bizarre alien creatures. There's a gleam in his eye when he talks about what he does for a living, as he clearly loves working in the film industry. While he is well known for doing special make-up effects, he now has his sights set on writing, directing and producing. I caught up with Justin at 'Wicked of Oz', his award-winning special effects studio, to talk with him about what it means to be creative.
