ResumoReflects studies developed in the project Contrabass for Composers', sponsored by the Brazilian research agency CNPq. It deals with idiomatic writing of Argentinian-Brazilian composer Eduardo Bertola (1939-1996) and the composer-performer colaboration in Lucipherez for double bass alone (1994) and its influences in Cantos a Ho (1994) and Grandes Tropicos (1995). Presents a comparison among the three autographs of the work, aspects of the composer's life, work and compositional style as well as references to the double bass repertory both in Brazil and in the world.
