ResumoThe Dunga field is located on the eastern coast of the Caspian Sea in western Kazakhstan, about 50 km north of the city of Aktau. The field is unique in that it is a Cretaceous oil reservoir in a province of mainly Jurassic oil and gas reservoirs.
