Resumo

In this chapter, five important functionalities will be discussed that need to be understood and addressed en route to success in person-oriented innovation ventures. Three of these functionalities, communication, be inspired, and information, were identified as core functions for the project SI-Screen/Elisa and were therefore an integral part of this project. However, in this chapter, we also included the discussion of two more functionalities, joy of use and movement motivation. Those were part of Elisa on a more abstract level but they are nonetheless often at least as important for the success of any project as the core functionalities. Moreover, the authors already collected considerable practice experience regarding these functionalities in previous projects that is well worth sharing here.
