Resumo

This article aims to analyze recent results involving innovation in Brazil, highlighting the importance of their impacts, while pushing element of development.As a preamble, depicts the origins of the formation process of the industry in Brazil One part of this study is on the PINTEC report -2011, organized and published by the IBGE.International sources of advice are the GII and OECD reports, which provides views and compared to other states The work also verticalizes his analysis through additional technical support on studies involving the critical mass that supports or can support the most outstanding achievements in technological innovation theme, while also giving focus to considerations about examples of successful experiences, learning, training and best practices, according to their records on international basis.
