Key words: ontotheology, Dionysius Areopagite, neoplatonism, Dagott, Dasein, philosophy of religionThis article attempts to reformulate the philosophy-theology broken relations since the Middle Ages, showing how the crisis of conceptual and representational metaphysics and traditional ontotheology have allowed, with the help of Dionysus Areopagite and the neo-Platonism, to rethink the ontology through negative theology and a mystical way. Already Heidgger get to see reality as a gift of which the philosophy would indicate the ontological possibility and the theology his effective accomplishment. This way, the heideggerian Dasein, once the shade of the ego is overcome, may be Dagott that is to say, pure opening to the God's donation
