Resumo

Successful acclimatization of Ooencyrtus kuvanae (How.) gypsy moth's oophagous, introduced by O. Volkov from North Korea in 1987 is registered. 21 years after the first releases, O.k. has been found of N. Zelenev on the territory of 5 forest areas in Novorossiisk forestry. This is the first successful acclimatization of alien entomophagous insect in the forests of Russian. O.k. was released in different areas of Russia in 1988-1991. At the same time it was sent out to be released in the seats of gypsy moth in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Ukraine. Vegetation and laboratory experiments proved the possibility of parasitizing and development of O.k. on the other Lepidoptera's eggs. The received data holds out a hope of successful acclimatization of O. k. in other regions.
