ResumoMyasthenia gravis in pregnancy is rare, and its occurence in conjunction with preeclampsia has not been previously described. A case report of preeclampsia in a myasthenic patient is described with recommendations for management. The authors conclude that magnesium is a contraindicated pharmacologic agent in a myasthenic patient.
