ResumoABSTRACT Forty consecutive trabeculectomies were performed by one surgeon, utilizing a limbus-based conjunctival flap in the first 20 eyes and a fornix-based flap in the remaining 20. A success rate of 90% was achieved in both groups, although eyes with limbus-based flaps had slightly better postoperative intraocular pressure control.
