Youth, Drugs, and Violence

The investigation on the policies of repression to drugs in Latin America is centered in the possibility of interaction between the budgets of the penal law of the enemy, speech that historically acted like put-rule of the penal agencies and the idea of permanent exception. It tries to make therefore diagnose of the contemporary criminal policy.
