ResumoThis article studies the use of medieval literary sources in the works of the Colombian poet León de Greiff. Resorting to intertextual instruments of analysis taken from the theories of Genette (Palimpsests), Linda Hutcheon (Theory of Parody) and Harold Bloom (The Anxiety of Influence) we analyze the assimilation of lexical, formal, cultural, and imaginary resources derived from trovadour’s medieval poetry into the works of de Greiff’s poetry. Similarly, we propose to study these aspects as formative elements of León de Greiff’s aesthetic program.
