A l'origine, le Rapport gregorien est un important dossier d'information sur l'islam qui entre dans la Chronica majora de Matthieu Paris en 1236. Recemment, l'A. a montre que ce texte avait ete incorpore cinquante ans auparavant dans le Pantheon de Godefroy de Viterbe. Parmi les neuf manuscrits utilises pour l'edition du Pantheon, un semble d'un interet tout particulier. Il provient de Dresde (Sachsische Landesbibliothek Ms. F 93) et remonte au XV e siecle. Parmi d'autres ecrits, il comporte les oeuvres de Godefroy de Viterbe et un chapitre inconnu du Rapport gregorien
