ResumoAbstract When I was a child, my old nanny Dasha would tell me: You see, child, just as soon as a person's born, God sends His angels to him. But Satan isn't sleeping on the job—he sends his demons, too, to see who'll get to the new soul first. You see, child, our soul is made for two, it has two places. No matter how many angels or demons you try to cram in there, only two will fit. That's why it turns out that some folks will get two angels—these are the good, holy souls—while other folks will get two demons, and that's where evil villains come from. Most of us will get one angel and one demon. These are the sinners, and there are more of them than anyone else. They have an angel pulling one way, and a devil pulling the other.
