T h e m e t h o d al lows for sequence app l i ca t ion a n d r e m o v a l of l o a d a n d t e m p e r a t u r e , a s well as cycl ing of l oad a n d / o r t e m p e r a t u r e . App l i ca t ions a r e shown for a r e c t a n g u l a r b a r u n d e r t e m p e r a t u r e cycl ing w i th axial l oads a n d / o r b e n d i n g m o m e n t s a n d for a b o x b e a m w i t h one b e n d i n g m o m e n t t e m p e r a t u r e cycle.
